Centers, Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Light Manufacturing
Buildings, and Interior Finish Work.

Our
History . . .
Our organization was begun in 1971 as the Illinois division of a
national contracting company. In 1981, that division was split off
as a separate corporation named Itasca Construction Associates,
Inc. and purchased by the present Owners. All key personnel remained
with the company after the purchase.
In 1982, a branch office of Itasca Construction Associates, Inc.
was opened in Deerfield Beach, Florida to perform construction services
for a national development company in the South Florida market.
In 1983, the Florida office was incorporated as a separate entity.
We moved our offices to Boca Raton in 1990, Other offices of Itasca
Construction Associates are located in Tampa, Atlanta, and Milwaukee,
as well as the Chicago market.
From 1982 until now, we have constructed over 100 buildings and
over 8 million SF in South Florida.

Steve
League - Director, President, Owner. Steve has worked in construction
since 1965 as a Field Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Manager.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University
of Iowa. Steve worked for our company from 1972 through 1976 and
rejoined us in 1982, opening the South Florida office. Steve was
named President in 1989 and is a Licensed General Contractor in
the State of Florida.
Greg Junge - Director, Corp. Secretary, Owner. Greg has over
thirty years experience in industrial and commercial construction
and design. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
from the University of Missouri at Rolla. Greg started the Chicago
operation of R.W. Murray Company in 1971. He was Vice President
of R.W. Murray Company and ran the Chicago office until 1981 when
he purchased it and renamed it Itasca Construction Associates, Inc.
Joe Galinis - Vice President, Owner. Joe is a 1986 graduate
of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Building Construction
degree. He joined our company and obtained his State of Florida
General Contractors license in 1987. Joe is LEED, AP certified.
Greg Westberry - Vice President, Owner. Greg is a State Certified
General Contractor with over twenty five years of experience in
the construction industry. Greg is LEED, AP certified and has his
ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate. He has his A.A. from Florida
State University and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Barry University.
Greg joined our firm in 1994.
Patricia Graybill - Vice President, Treasurer/CFO, Owner. Patti
has extensive experience with finance, accounting, and information
systems, having worked in these fields in South Florida since 1982.
Patti is a state certified General Contractor and Qualifying Agent.
She is a 1990 graduate of Florida Atlantic University having completed
her course of study for a Bachelor's degree. Patti joined Itasca
in 1989.
